Our company has begun smelting production life in 1981 with the production of peak and temper smelting in Istanbul Güneşli. Our products include automotive spare parts and fittings. Following the developing technology in the beginning of the 90s, Çalışkan Döküm continued its production at its 2000m2 production facility in the village of K.Çekmece Kayabaşı by increasing its production potential.

Since these years, our company has identified the main production group as fittings (threaded pipe parts) in accordance with the demands of the market and the experiences of Çalışkan Döküm. Çalışkan Döküm, which gives importance to research and development, changed its production technique to temper and spheroid and started to produce the whole production according to technical analysis in induction furnace. Çalışkan Döküm, which produces one hundred percent of the products within its own structure, believes in the importance of domestic production and is able to compete with imported products in the market with the power of correct production policy and equity capital.

Çalışkan Döküm expanded its machinery and product segment every day and increased its annual production potential to 500 tons.
